Sierra Walker
Founder of The Notary Blueprint
Hey! I’m Sierra Walker (but you can call me Si)—a travel enthusiast, concert-goer, DIY dabbler, and self-proclaimed foodie with a love for Starbucks, bubble tea, sushi, pasta, and seafood (yuuumm!).
But beyond these fun facts, I’m a licensed paralegal, notary public, notary mentor, and business coach. In early 2021, I took a leap of faith and started my notary business, investing just $300 and a whole lot of determination. To my surprise, I earned over $10,000 in my first 90 days as a notary. That success wasn’t just life-changing for me—it became the foundation of my mission: to empower others to achieve financial freedom, build thriving businesses, and transform their lives as a notary, just like I did.
Since launching my business in 2021, I’ve helped over 5,000 notaries across the USA and Canada start and scale their businesses. Through The Notary Blueprint, I teach notaries how to implement the same proven marketing and business strategies that have helped me consistently earn $5K–$10K+ months. From balancing full-time jobs and parenthood to navigating entrepreneurship, I’m passionate about helping notaries succeed—no matter their circumstances.
At the heart of my work is a vision to redefine what it means to be a notary. I believe that notaries are more than service providers; they are empowered entrepreneurs capable of creating lasting impact in their communities. My goal is to ensure that accessible, affordable education and mentorship are available to notaries in Canada and the USA, so they can achieve their dreams while balancing the realities of everyday life.

My Journey Through The Years
APRIL 2021
Became Paralegal & Notary
After years of working pleeenty of low paying, demanding, dead-end jobs, while also in school full time to become a paralegal, I finally got all my licenses. I applied for my notary commission right away!
JULY 2022
Finished 1st Year In Business
Completing my first year in business was a huge milestone! It made me want to accomplish more and I slowly started to shift into helping other notaries build their businesses too.
SEPTEMBER 2023
The Notary Blueprint
After impacting more than 300 notaries, I officially launched my notary coaching business. My goal? To help notaries in Canada and the USA build successful businesses with proven marketing & business growth strategies.
JULY 2021
Launched Notable Notary
Despite my nerves, I officially launched my notary business and began marketing immediately. I didn't know what to expect and to my surprise I made more than $10k in my first 90 days.
FEBRUARY 2023
Launched Private Coaching
I realized that I could help notaries far beyond just posting valuable social media content or one-off mentorship calls. And so, I started coaching other notaries with my 1:1 private coaching program.
