Do You Offer Refunds?I don't typically offer refunds for coaching, but I'm fully dedicated to helping you reach your goals. Refunds for changes of mind before or during the program aren't feasible due to the program's nature and material access. Yet, if exceptional circumstances arise, I'm open to finding solutions. Your satisfaction and success are my focus.

How do I cancel or pause my TNBB membership?To cancel or pause your membership, please click here. If you need assistance, email us at support@thenotaryblueprint.com and we’ll help you out.

What happens to my account if I cancel my membership?If you cancel your membership, you will lose access to all premium resources, courses, and community features at the end of your billing cycle. Your account can be reactivated at any time if you choose to return.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership plan?Yes! You can adjust your membership level at any time by logging into your account on the website version of TNBB (coaching.thenotaryblueprint.com) and then heading to Settings. Once you’re there, click on Billing and under your active subscription click on Change Plan. If you need help, reach out to us via the community or by email at support@thenotaryblueprint.com.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), and other secure payment methods that allow for subscription based payments.

How do I update my payment information?To update your payment information, log in to your account, click on “Billing,” and edit your payment details. If you encounter issues, contact us at support@thenotaryblueprint.com.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Enter your email address, and we’ll send instructions to reset your password.

Why can’t I access certain resources or courses?Access to some resources is based on your membership level. If you believe this is an error, double-check your membership plan or email support@thenotaryblueprint.com.

Can I access the platform on my mobile device?Absolutely! You can access our community via the app or using the mobile-friendly web version. This way you can access resources and courses from your phone or tablet at any time. If using the web version, bookmark it for easy access!

Is there an app for The Notary Blueprint?Yes! You can access The Notary Blueprint community and resources through the Circle Communities app. Download it here: Apple App Store Google Play Store Once downloaded, log in using your Notary Blueprint account credentials, and you’re all set!

Do I need any prior experience to join?Not at all! The Notary Blueprint is designed for both beginners and experienced notaries. Our training covers everything from getting started to advanced business strategies.

Will The Notary Blueprint help me become a certified notary?The Notary Blueprint is focused on building and growing your notary business, even if you are a beginner but we do not replace any mandated training in your jurisdiction. To become a notary, you’ll need to meet your state or province’s requirements, which we can guide you on during the process.

Do you provide marketing materials for notaries?Yes, we offer customizable templates, scripts, and strategies to help you market your notary services effectively.

How can I get help with Remote Online Notarization (RON)?We provide step-by-step guidance on setting up RON services, including choosing platforms, equipment, and marketing to clients.

Can I use the resources for my mobile notary business?Absolutely! Many of our templates and tools are designed specifically for mobile notaries to streamline operations and boost income.

How do I join the private Notary Business Blueprint community?Once you’ve selected your membership for The Notary Business Blueprint, you’ll be automatically redirected into the community. From there, you can create your profile and gain access to all resources, courses, and discussions. If you’re not automatically redirected, don’t worry! You’ll also receive an email with the link to get started and special instructions you’ll need to know. If you haven’t received this email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. What happens if I miss a coaching call or live training?No worries! All coaching calls and live sessions are recorded and uploaded to the platform for members to watch at their convenience.

Can I suggest topics for future courses or calls?Yes! We love hearing your ideas. Email us at support@thenotaryblueprint.com or post in the community forum to share your suggestions.

How can I connect with other members?Once you’re inside of The Notary Business Blueprint, all you have to do is post and interact inside of our discussion spaces or attend live coaching calls/training sessions to network with like-minded notaries and share experiences.

Are there any discounts available?We occasionally offer discounts or promotions. Subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media to stay updated.

How do I apply a discount code?At checkout, enter your discount code in the designated field, and your total will be adjusted automatically.

Will I lose my discount if I cancel my membership?Yes, discounts or promotional rates are valid only while your membership is active. Cancelling will void any special pricing.
